Here are some reasons to call now… Health and Vitality There     are     many     physical     and     mental     benefits     to participating   in   DIMA   Physical   fitness   plays   a   huge   part   in our   often   hectic   lifestyles   as   everything   we   do   requires   a certain    amount    of    exercise    and    thought    processing    in order   to   achieve   a   successful   outcome   or   produce   quality end product. Allowing    physical    and    mental    fitness    to    deteriorate    can also   increases   the   risk   of   catching   nasty   viruses,   developing heart   disease/failure,   stress,   breathing   problems   or   even depression   and   low   self-esteem   which   can   all   assert   great restrictions on lifestyle. Through    DIMA    training    you    could    significantly    increase your    fitness,    maintain    it    and    potentially    increase    your quality of life as a result. Increase fitness and stamina  Taking   part   in   DIMA   means   you   can   benefit   from   increased physical conditioning, cardio-vascular fitness and stamina. It   can   also   help   with   weight   loss,   when   accompanied   by   an appropriate diet. Added   benefits   of   the   traning   programme   will   help   reduce stress    and    tension    as    well    as    increased    flexibility    and agility. Stay fit: Stay effective Training   focuses   on   building   the   body   into   a   healthy   and nimble      state      through      carefully      constructed      fitness programmes    that    will    strengthen    all    muscle    groups    and joints   to   keep   them   flexible   and   capable   of   surviving   and responding to combat situations. Our    training    includes    techniques    on    how    to    improve mental     agility     and     develop     skills     to     enhance     your performance    in    combat    situations    which    rely    heavily    of positive   decision-making   as   ultimately   the   decisions   you make determine the outcome of situations. Be confident: Be decisive Many    of    these    mental    techniques    can    be    utilised    in everyday   life.   For   example,   if   you   should   be   confronted   by an   irate   manager   at   work   you   will   be   faced   with   a   number of   options   on   how   to   respond   such   as   shout   back,   stay calm,   engage   gently   or   allow   them   to   finish   and   cool   down before engaging in discussion. A    strong    mental    state    will    help    you    to    remain    calm    in heated   situations   like   this   and   give   you   the   confidence   to assess    the    situation    thoroughly    first    before    making    a decision   on   what   course   of   action   to   take   rather   than   face going     through     a     tempered     confrontation     with     the manager.   Staying   calm   will   allow   you   to   think   rationally   and decide   which   course   of   action   is   best   suited   to   the   situation and will reach a productive and effective outcome.
